Return policy

Flickity Wick’s published policy allows return requests within 30 days of receiving an item. Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

To begin a return, email flickitywickcandles@gmail.com with your order information before mailing anything back. Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for returns.

Return mailing details are provided after a request is accepted.
